PDOT Initiative
Pre-Departure Orientation Training
In alignment with the Ministry of External Affairs motto ‘Surakshit Jaaye, Prashikshit Jaaye, Vishwas ke Saath Jaaye’, MEA started its flagship PDOT program in 2018.
This free 8-hour orientation training prepares emigrants with essential information about their destination country, including culture, language, regulations, and their rights. The program has expanded from 4 centers to 58 across India in partnership with State Governments and NSDC.
Online PDOT modules allow emigrants to complete training at their own convenience and download completion certificates.

Palm Atlantis Case Study
Project Support Management
ASMACS provided project support management services in the execution of the multi-million dollar construction project “The Palm Atlantis” Dubai, offering a timely solution to meet the increased demand for an experienced construction workforce.
Innovative Solution: ASMACS converted the decommissioned vessel MV Crown into a labor camp accommodation for over 1,300 personnel, saving time and money while ensuring project completion within the timeframe.
ASMACS Marine Team attended to the conversion work onboard and helped convert MV Crown into a full-fledged accommodation complete with Electromechanical, Air conditioning, and Plumbing work.
